Support Cainiao Logistics in legal compliance matters, assisting with localised operations and compliance framework development in Hong Kong and Macau; 2. 处理香港、澳门本地突发风险事件，提供可行、可操作的解决方案； 2. Handle sudden risk incidents in Hong Kong and Macau, providing feasible and actionable solutions; 3. 对新业务类型进行调研及风险分析评估，并提供解决方案； 3. Conduct research and risk analysis assessments for new business models, delivering corresponding solutions; 4. 关注及追踪跨境及港澳本地物流领域的发展动态，并研究香港和澳门地区贸易、物流、清关等业务的要求和法律法规，为业务落地提供支撑。 4. Monitor and track developments in cross-border and local logistics sectors within Hong Kong and Macau. Investigate trade, logistics, customs clearance requirements and relevant laws/regulations in these regions to facilitate business implementation. 职位描述： 1. 国内外法学院教育背景，具备中国或其他国家及地区律师执业资格优先； 1. Legal education from domestic or international institutions; qualification as a practising solicitor in China or other jurisdictions preferred; 2. 5年及以上法律相关工作经验，至少2年香港本地法务工作经验； 2. Five or more years of legal-related work experience, including at least two years of local legal practice in Hong Kong; 3. 普通话及粤语可作为工作语言，英文具有同等水平优先； 3. Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese as working languages; equivalent proficiency in English is advantageous; 4. 具备物流、跨境电商工作经验者优先考虑； 4. Prior experience in logistics or cross-border e-commerce is preferred; 5. 逻辑思维缜密，具备较强的独立工作能力、法律分析能力和解决问题的能力，学习和接受新事物的能力强。 5.
