Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement innovative agency recruitment roadmaps balancing scale, and quality;
2.Design future-ready onboarding frameworks for agent identification, assessment, and integration;
3.Spearhead group-wide strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
4.Guide development of customized new agent programs;
5.Conduct on-demand business reviews and provide tactical support to agency;
6.Establish cross-market knowledge sharing platforms to elevate leadership capabilities
7.Monitor channel KPIs with focus on recruitment efficacy and retention metrics;
8.Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to achieve targets;
9.Identify and implement emerging industry best practices in agency management
Requirements:
1.8 years progressive leadership in life insurance sector;
2.Bachelor's degree or above;
3.Proven success in agency strategic planning and field force development;
4.Proven track record in agency recruitment processes, particularly in MCV agencies;
5.Expertise in recruitment systems, compensation models, and behavioral economics;
6.Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
