Service Position content:
- Understand the order process and customer accounts receivable management, relevant experience in customer care and order to cash management will be given priority.
- Ensure the smooth execution of the order-to-cash process including payment collection and reconciliation in full conformity with the company rules.
- Good communication skills with external customers and internal functions.

Skills and qualifications required:
1）Bachelors' degree with supply chain or management or English related background;
2）Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese;
3）Quick leaner, responsible; work with strong sense of efficiency, good planning；
4）Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Out-look PowerPoint, etc.).
