Over see TM JD sales projections and strategic growth plan as a digital disrupter, recreate and redefine business to generate lasting competitive advantage for SWAROVSKI E-Commerce.
General summary of the core activities and responsibilities that are required to perform a role (Max 8 Points). Role Charters do not include every task and certain activities may change over a specific period.
Responsible of EC cross channels sales projections and delivery; Work out strategy to support EC’s organic LFL growth and building blocks;
1. In charge of traditional TMALL and JD e-platform business strategy and execution:
a. Conduct a day-to-day monitor of TM JD operation excellence delivery.
b. Responsible of all performance marketing investment allocated per channel and guarantee a reasonable ROI result.
c. Collaborate with cross functions to secure a solid growth panel for TM JD from assets usage, order fulfillment, assortment framework and investment matrix.
2. Support line to define, execute and implement any ad-hoc projects, campaigns and other initiatives to support overall online business growth, ultimately achieving sustainable and organic expansion from digitalized stream for SWAROVSKI.
Requirements
1, Bachelor's or above
2, Above 6 years' EC experiences, at least 3 years' Tmall experiences
3, English can be working language
