As a Sr Advanced Applications/Systems Sales Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's growth and success. You will lead a team of skilled sales engineers and collaborate with various departments to promote our complex applications and system solutions.
You will report directly to our Sales Engineering Director and you’ll work out of our Shanghai location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall sales strategy and execution, ensuring that our innovative solutions meet the needs of our customers while driving revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the assigned market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• 6 years of transferrable experience in sales engineering roles.
• Strong technical background in application and systems engineering.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales and building customer relationships.
• Experience with advanced software applications and system solutions relevant to building automation.
