● Applies the principle of thermodynamics, combined with simulation, experiment and big data analysis tools to do hardware selection and calibration development, ensuring the system performance meet design requirements.
● 应用热力学原理，结合仿真、试验和车联网及云端大数据处理平台等工具进行关键硬件选型和标定开发，使系统性能及诊断满足设计要求。
● Negotiates with stakeholders to define technical input and requirement, develops, and executes verification and validation plan, delivers conclusions and recommendations to support project decisions.
● 与项目利益相关者沟通定义技术输入与要求，制定并执行开发验证计划，根据结果提供合理的方案来支持项目决策。
● Manage risk/issue/change in the areas of daily project details, in time communication with stakeholders to ensure the successful progression of projects.
● 在日常项目工作中管理风险、问题及变更，和项目利益相关者及时沟通来保证项目正常运转。
● Investigates system, component problems, understands causal mechanisms, recommends appropriate action, owns problem resolution and documents results with guidance from more experienced team members.

● Applies Principles of Fluid Dynamics and Heat Transfer - Interprets and predicts the performance of fluid and thermal systems by leveraging a quantitative and intuitive comprehension of the flow of liquids and gases, the transfer of thermal energy between elements of a system, and the application of modeling and experimental tools, to answer key questions about the system or component.
● 善于应用流体力学和传热学的原理：运用流体力学和传热学原理以及适当的工程方法来支持流体和传热相关的产品问题解决和开发工作。
● Applies Principles of Thermodynamics and Energy Conversion Systems - Interprets and predicts the performance of energy conversion systems such as IC engines, gas turbines, fuel cells, and batteries, by leveraging a quantitative and intuitive comprehension of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, modeling tools, controls, and experimental tools to answer key questions about the system or component.
● 善于应用热力学原理：运用热力学原理和适当的工程方法来支持动力系统和零部件的产品问题解决和开发工作。
● Product Problem Solving - Solves product problems using a process that protects the customer; determines the assignable cause; implements robust, data-based solutions; and identifies the systemic root causes and recommended actions to prevent problem reoccurrence.
