Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 监督并指导订单专员,确保工作分配合理、准确无误,并促进其专业发展。
Supervise and mentor order specialists, ensuring workload distribution, accuracy, and professional development.
2. 监督从创建到交付的整个采购订单生命周期,确保符合公司政策和国际贸易法规。
Oversee the entire purchase order lifecycle, from creation to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
3. 持续审查并改进采购流程,包括安全库存管理和ERP数据完整性。
Continuously review and improve procurement processes, including safety stock management and ERP data integrity.
4. 处理与海外工厂的价格咨询、交期确认并提供谈判支持。
Handle price inquiries, lead time confirmation, and negotiation support with overseas factories.
5. 监控和跟踪订单交货时间,在ERP系统中更新准确的预计到货时间,并主动将计划变更传达给内部相关方。
Monitor and track order delivery timelines, update ERP systems with accurate ETAs, and proactively communicate schedule changes to internal stakeholders.
6. 通过与工厂紧密协调并根据客户或销售需求调整运输方式,确保准时交货。
Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating closely with factories and adjusting shipping methods based on customer or sales requirements.
7. 管理采购相关文件,包括发票、信用证操作和记录归档。
Manage procurement-related documentation, including invoices, LC operations, and records archiving.
8. 与销售和客户服务团队紧密合作,使采购计划与销售预测及客户需求保持一致。
Partner closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to align procurement plans with sales forecasts and customer demands.
9. 提供及时准确的下单状态更新,以支持销售承诺和客户满意度。
Provide timely and accurate order status updates to support sales commitments and customer satisfaction.
10. 作为解决影响客户订单的交货或供应问题的关键联系人。
Act as a key point of contact for troubleshooting delivery or supply issues affecting customer orders.
11. 维护并优化安全库存系统,以平衡库存水平与服务目标。
Maintain and enhance the safety stock system to balance inventory levels and service goals.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

4. 对机械产品、生产工艺及端到端供应链管理有扎实的理解。
Solid understanding of mechanical products, manufacturing processes, and end-to-end supply chain management.
5. 熟练的英语读写及口语能力者优先。
Proficient in English (written and spoken) is preferred.
6. 展现出优秀的信息收集、整合与洞察生成能力。
Demonstrated ability in information gathering, synthesis, and insight generation.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. 供应链管理或工程类相关专业本科及以上学历;
Supply chain management or engineering-related major, bachelor's degree or above.
2. 拥有超过8年外企或上市企业客户服务或供应链从业背景,其中包括至少3年团队管理经验;
Over 8 years of experience in customer service or supply chain within multinational or listed companies, including at least 3 years of team management experience.
3. 熟练运用CRM、ERP(尤其是SAP)系统以支持日常业务流程。
Proficient in utilizing CRM and ERP systems, particularly SAP, to support daily business operations.
