General Function职能作用 · Responsible for AAG product (both Propulsion System and Metal Forming) sales and business development. The role requires full support of sales activities, marketing analysis, new customer development, commercial negotiations and customer relationships full lifecycle ownership. 负责 AAG 产品(推动系统和金属成型)销售和业务开发。该职位要求全面支持销售活动、新客户开发、市场分析,商业谈判和客户关系整个生命周期的所有权。 · This role would report directly to the Senior Business Development Manager – China, while having a dotted line directly to the Commercial Management (Sales) function of the organization in a matrixed structure. 该职位将直接向中国区高级业务发展经理汇报工作,同时在矩阵式结构中直接与组织的商业管理(销售)职能部门建立点线关系。 Duties and Responsibilities 义务和职责 Position Duties岗位职责: · Deeply study and analysis market data, define the application and use cases in NEVs. Define the addressable market size based on selected customers, platforms and volumes. Define the business strategies to pursuit targeting customers. 深入研究并分析市场数据,明确新能源汽车(NEV)的应用场景和使用案例;基于选定的客户、平台和规模,界定可触达的市场规模;并制定针对目标客户的业务发展策略。 · Follow-up with customers on a regular basis through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, presence at customer site on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis (customer specific). Build strong relationships with customer decision makers through face-to-face meetings, network or daily communication. · 通过面对面会议、电话、每周、每两周或每月(根据客户具体情况)亲临客户现场等方式,定期跟进客户。通过面对面会议,人际社交,日常沟通等方式建立并维护与客户决策者的稳固关系 · Managing customer expectations and objectives to the team with a clear timeline for customer feedback deliverable and setting and prioritizing projects accordingly. Coordinate internal team resources, establish next-step plans for each project, and conduct weekly follow-ups. 向团队清晰传达客户期望和目标,明确客户反馈交付时间节点,并据此制定、安排和优先级排序各项目;协调内部团队资源,为每个项目制定下一步行动计划,并进行每周跟进。 · Monitor the China vehicle market trends and feedback to the NA team (market, technology, regulatory, etc…) to help set the strategic plan and drive growth. 向北美团队反馈中国车辆市场趋势信息(市场动态、技术、法规等),帮助制定战略计划并推动增长。 · Fulfill the sales new win target on target customers in local region, finance support and control of AR and customer payment. · 完成当地主要客户的销售新胜目标, 为应收账款和客户付款提供财务支持和控制。 · Align yearly sales target with monthly tracking of leads activities and action plan. 将年度销售目标与每月的线索跟踪活动和行动计划保持一致。 · Work very closely with Advanced Engineering and Program Management to lead the commercial activities with local customers. 与先期工程和项目管理部门密切合作,领导与当地客户的商务活动。 · As the China market leader, coordinate with AAG business development, sales, and global marketing team on promotion activities (symposium, industrial conference, etc). 作为中国区市场带头人,与 AAG 业务开发、销售和营销团队协调市场推广活动(研讨会、行业会议等)。 · Perform other duties as assigned. 履行分配的其他职责。 Work Requirements岗位要求 Knowledge and Skills知识和技能: · Excellent communication and negotiations skills. 出色的沟通和谈判技巧。 · >8 years Working experience in automotive industry related (transmission, EDU or metal forming parts preferred). 具有8年以上汽车行业相关工作经验(变速器,电驱动,或金属成型部件优先)。 · Possess experience building relationships with Chinese automotive OEM’s in China and have knowledge of transmission or metal forming components. 具有与中国汽车原始设备制造商建立关系的经验,并了解变速器或金属成型部件。 · Understands transaction drivers (quality vs. price) and possesses the skill to communicate the value proposition of AAG advanced product effectively. 了解交易驱动因素(质量与价格),具备有效传达 AAG高新产品价值主张的技能。 · Excellent time management skills with a strong personal drive, and a proven ability for self-learning and rapid knowledge acquisition, with the ability to work independently with general direction while engaging customers in deep technical discussions and solution-based selling. 具备优秀的时间管理能力和强烈的自我驱动力,拥有经验证的自我学习能力和快速获取新知识的能力,能够在总体指导下独立开展工作,并能与客户进行深入的技术层面交流,推动以解决方案为导向的销售活动。 · Able to travel internationally as well as within China – up to 50% of the time. 能够在国际和中国国内出差(最多 50% 的时间)。 · Ability to work cross culturally between China and North America. 具备在中国和北美之间跨文化工作的能力。 · Fluent in English, both verbal, written and comprehension. 流利的英语口语、书面和理解能力。 Education教育: · Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or both, MBA preferred 机械工程/电气工程或两者兼修的学士学位,MBA优先。 Experience工作经验: · 8 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry. 在汽车行业有 8 年的类似工作经验。
