About the Team
We are looking for a new colleague, Sales Support for our Division Industrial Technology at our location in Shanghai, China.
What you can look forward to as Sales Support:
● Responsible for the Sales Plan management. Support sales to achieve the sales KPIs, support sales for drafted contracts for customers etc.
● Responsible for the customer EDI system management, including order confirmation, delivery notification, invoice uploading, etc.
● Responsible for contacting and communicating with customers about the regular orders and forecasts.
● Responsible for the monthly sales report about the orders and forecasts, the delivery process, and the payment status, etc.
● Work closely with the “order and logistics specialist” in plants to confirm the order delivery date to customers.
● Assist the Manager in continuously improving the internal processes and regulations on the Orders/Forecasts/Payment Management.
