Job Description: Responsibility: Responsible for technical coordination of the system eAxle consisting of PEU, EM and TR for the domains system, requirements, design test/validation and eAxle application. -Subproject eAxle on time, on spec, on budget and on cost (parts on eAxle level). -Definition of interface responsibilities between the domains (PEU, EM and TR). -Responsible for requirements management. -Schedule for subproject eAxle aligned with milestone roadmap of the overall project. -Technical configuration management on eAxle level. -First escalation level on eAxle level. -Proxy of the overall project manager. Scope of Work: -Member of the project team -Participation in SE-team design (and PEU, EM und TR) -Leadership SE-team eAxle, consisting of system, design, test/validation, application, purchase and manufacturing -Consolidation of FMEA and Focus Matrix -Initiation and coordination or participation: problem solving team, 8D and failure notice -Requirements management -Work status tracking -First escalation level for critical requirements -Coordination status 20 meeting Work Products: Time schedule system eAxle (requirements, design, functional test, validation and application) Interface matrix Budget plan system eAxle Aligned and released customer specification, requirement specification and test specification Techn. cust. document TCD (series) and techn. cust. information TCI (samples) Validation plan Cost tracking sheet of the system components eAxle (screws, etc.) Job Qualification: Education： Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Experience 5 years in automotive system engineering or eAxle/eDrive projects. Experience in cross-domain coordination (PEU, EM, TR) and project execution. Skilled in requirements management, validation, and cross-functional teamwork. Skills / Knowledge Master Level: Project management
