-Responsible for system engineering related activities - Lead Damper mechanical component localization activities. - Support production launch activitiy in China, concerning component quality stability ensurance, process stability ensurance, proper implementation of functional test on line and at test lab, product performance stability (NVH etc.). - Ensure proper product development and documentation (such as mechanical component development, prototyping, testing and performance evaluation), fulfill project timing requirement, cost requirment, quality requirement and technical requirement, based on company internal standard procedures and fulfill state legal requirement. - Manage system DVP, following up the technical open issues, failure analysis, generate product readiness document/report with internal competent team members. - Support configuration management and change management. - Team work with project team, inclusive process development team, purchasing team and supplier quality ensurance team, etc. - Main contact person for customer regarding system technicial issue, vehicle performance issues, ensure sufficient support to customer through internal competent team members.
