RIB Software is a proud member of Schneider Electric. Now RIB software is hiring Business Development Manager in Hong Kong. Reporting to Country Leader of Great China, the Business Development Manager’s primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business to existing and new customers in engineering, construction, real estate industries in Hong Kong market, with a portfolio of RIB software solutions and services. Job Highlights • Assume a pivotal business and sales position at RIB Software, a subsidiary of Schneider Electric, focusing on the Hong Kong market. • Deliver cutting-edge software technologies for digital transformation within the engineering and construction, as well as real estate industries. • Attractive career development opportunities and sales incentive plan Role responsibilities: • Responsible for developing sales leads, identifying customer requirements, achieving sales targets, cultivating customer relationships, and promoting a wide range of software products portfolio to potential clients in Hong Kong • Develop sales and go-to-marketing strategies for promoting RIB product portfolio in the region • Driving profitable growth and reaching clients in engineering, construction, developers industry sectors • Research competitive activities with respect to changes in products, services, pricing or marketing strategies by rivals and environment within the region. • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships within senior executive of clients • Management of internal stakeholders to obtain right level of support of delivering the strategy and superior customer satisfaction • Assist in finance auditing, pre check business offers, workshops, and contract drafts, etc. during the sales and client management process Qualification
