职责描述: The Non Financial Risk (NFR) plays an important role in enabling the bank to operate within its risk appetite, by ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management. The NFR achieves this by providing operational risk and control expertise, conducting high quality reviews of the bank's control environment, conducting end to end control assurance reviews on key controls, maintaining robust risk governance focused on material risk and issues, and evolving a culture of continuous and consistent risk management. 1. Provide ongoing monitoring and support to drive Conduct initiatives and ensure that AMH meets the Conduct goals, providing ongoing monitoring and support to countries to address Conduct Risk through the roll out of the new conduct framework. 2. Manage regulatory compliance related initiatives and support business on regulatory matters, control ownership and act as SME advisory to business teams on risk and control 3. Conduct high quality and efficient risk reviews and assessment pertaining to the portfolio, ensure control design and operating effectiveness, and facilitate control remediation where required. 4. Manage regulatory engagement and submission; Produce regulatory reports to relevant regulators in a timely manner. 5. Understand significant level of regulations across broad portfolio across local regulators, including IA, HKMA, SFC, MPFA. Identify and understand the impacts of various (internal and external) policies and regulatory changes relating to Regulatory Compliance and Conduct. 6. Oversee implementation of FIM policies relating to Regulatory Compliance and Conduct into well written country procedures, i.e. BIM’s and DIM’s, and own process to ensure compliance. Work with the increasing expectations of Group’s lead regulators. 7. Strike balance between control management and commerciality, while holding stakeholders accountable for control performance. 8. Constantly balance specific market requirements against standards mandated at Group level and country-specific nuances. Manage and influence various key stakeholders across HSBC. 9. Communicate and monitor of risk appetite in line with business requirement. 任职要求: 1. University degree in business management, risk management, audit and accounting or equivalent. 2. Strong analytical, reasoning and logical thinking capabilities. Positive, dynamic, open to change and outward looking. 3. Attentive to details, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure. Proven ability to influence others and drive quality performance. 4. Effective verbal and written communication in English and Cantonese, problem solving, presentation and project management skills. 5. Proficiency in the use of computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 6. Experience managing and influencing various key stakeholders across HSBC in matrix structure. 7.
