1 Intern-Land Transportation
Corporate Unit: North China
Location: Changchun
Reporting to: Land Transportation Manager, Changchun Branch
Staff Responsibility: n/a
2 General Description
• Manage and fulfill delivery orders by managing vendors and ensure high customer service level.
3 Specific Accountabilities
• Order receiving, track and trace, till POD signed and returned, POD checking and filing.
• Coordination with Customer, Carrier, End receiver and relevant internal colleagues.
• Billing and Payment Collection.
• Trouble shooting and Emergency response.
• Record and input orders’ information into ATOMS, TMS, DBC and LFS systems.

• Efficient communicator, quick learner, and strong execution capability.
• Passionate, earnest and strong team spirit.
5 Experience and Qualifications
• College students.
• Good MS office in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
