The lead guide of YunTuo Brand Home will be an important member of YunTuo brand team, responsible for delivering exceptional brand experiences to visitors, managing daily operations, and ensuring the smooth visitor engagement at the YunTuo Brand Home.

Yuntuo Brand Home Experience Management
61 Provide comprehensive brand experiences to visitors by showcasing the brand spirits, characters and craftsmanship of YunTuo single malt Chinese whisky.
61 Communicate YunTuo's brand philosophy comprehensively and ensure that each visitor leaves with a deep understanding and appreciation of our brand.
61 Represent Yuntuo to attend whisky fairs and activities as a brand ambassador.

Visitor Experience Coordination

61 Schedule and manage visitor reception sessions, optimize the flow and ensure each guest receives personalized experience.
61 Oversee guide staffs development and enable the high standard of service and knowledge of YunTuo brand and products.

Daily Operations Management

61 Manage the retail area, i.e. product display and inventory maintenance.
61 Handle merchandise sales-related tasks, including processing transactions and providing excellent customer service to enhance sales performance.

Essential Qualifications / knowledge / experience required / languages
61 Strong learning ability to understand new brand and category.
61 Strong ability of storytelling and visitor engagement.
61 Strong public speaker with charisma and gravitas
61 Highly skilled in fostering commitment through advance negotiation skills, resolving conflict and creating collaborative relationships.
