Responsibilities工作职责：

● Graphic Design: Responsible for graphic design tasks for branding, event, and product promotion, including but not limited to posters, VI design, single images, and creative production of promotional materials; 平面设计：负责公司品牌推广、活动推广，产品推广等的平面设计工作，包括但不限于海报、VI视觉设计、单图等；
● Video Design: Create and produce engaging video content for platforms like WeChat Video Channel, TikTok, to enhance brand and product visibility; 视频设计：负责相关视频内容的设计与制作，包括微信视频号，抖音号内容创作；
● Multimedia Design: Design and layout visual content for the company’s social media platforms (e.g. WeChat Official Account) to improve content appeal and communication impact; 多媒体设计：负责公司自媒体内容（如微信公众号）视觉内容设计及排版，提升内容表现力和传播力；
● Project Management: Independently deliver creative design proposals based on marketing promotion request; oversee project progress to ensure high-quality and timely completion; 项目管理：根据市场，活动，产品推广需求，独立完成设计创意提案，跟进设计项目进度，保证项目按时高质量交付；

Requirements任职要求：

● Bachelor’s degree or above in Art, Design or related majors; relevant experience in branding or graphic design is preferred; 美术、设计或相关专业本科及以上学历，有相关品牌/平面设计工作经验优先；
● Strong market insight and branding awareness; highly creative with excellent aesthetic sense and a passion for innovative visual expression; 具备敏锐的洞察力和品牌思维。有丰富的创意能力和审美水平，愿意探索新颖的视觉表达方式；
● Proficient in mainstream graphic and video production software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, etc.); practical experience in VIS design, brochures, and online visual content is a plus; 熟练掌握平面设计软件及视频制作软件；有VI设计、宣传册、线上视觉内容等实际落地作品优先；
● Experience in new media content design (e.g. WeChat Official Account, Douyin/TikTok) is preferred; 对新媒体内容设计有经验者优先（如微信公众号、抖音等）；
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to manage projects independently. 有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够独立推进项目；

Bonus 加分项:

● Ability to communicate in English or overseas study/work experience; 能使用英语进行基本交流或具有海外学习/工作背景；
● Hands-on experience in short video shooting and editing is a plus. 有拍摄、剪辑短视频内容经历者优先。
