职位要求：
Bachelor’s degree in IT related discipline; More than 2 years helpdesk working experience;
大专以上学历；2年以上相关工作经验；
Proficient in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows, Office and other software;
熟悉Windows系列操作系统、Office及常用软件的安装、配置、常见故障排除；能够独立进行常用软件（Windows版本）的安装、功能设置和故障排除；
Familiar with installation and maintenance of Windows Server, Active Directory Management, DNS, DHCP and daily maintenance works;
熟悉Windows Server的安装、活动目录的部署和设置、DNS、DHCP并进行日常管理维护；
Familiar with installing, configuring and troubleshooting network printer, such as HP, Epson, Xerox and other multi-function printers;
熟悉HP、Epson、Xerox等品牌的打印机、复合一体机，能够独立完成驱动程序安装、网络共享功能设置和故障排除；
Familiar with SonicWALL and Cisco;
熟悉SonicWALL及Cisco网络设备的调试、故障排除；
Good knowledge of network, TCP/IP, Exchange, routers, WIFI AP and AC etc.; be able to set up and optimize utilizing network equipment;
了解网络的基础理论、TCP/IP协议、交换机、路由器等网络设备的基本原理。能独立完成网络设备的部署、设置、调优和故障排除；
Good communication and coordination skills can work under pressure.
